The Agreement

By visiting metavials.com or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you're using the site for an organization, you're confirming you have the authority to bind it. If any part doesn't work for you, please don't use the store.

Who Can Buy

Meta Vials sells to qualified researchers and laboratory professionals. By ordering, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 21 years old and legally able to enter this agreement;
• Are buying for legitimate in-vitro research, analytical, or educational work;
• Will comply with all laws that apply to purchasing and handling research chemicals where you are.

We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, and we may ask for verification of research credentials before shipping.

Products & Research Use

Product descriptions, purity figures, and certificates of analysis are provided to help you plan your work. We aim for accuracy, but you're responsible for confirming a compound suits your specific protocol before you use it.

Guest Checkout & Accounts

You're welcome to check out as a guest — no account required to place an order. That said, we strongly encourage creating one. An account lets you track shipments, re-order in a couple of clicks, keep your certificates of analysis in one place, and reach support faster.

If you do make an account, keep your login details to yourself; you're responsible for activity under it. Tell us right away if you suspect someone else has access.

Orders, Pricing & Payment

• Placing an order is an offer to buy; a confirmation email means we've accepted it.
• We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including major cards and the alternative options listed there. You authorize us to charge the full order total.
• Prices, promotions, and availability can change without notice, and obvious pricing errors may be corrected even after an order is placed.
• You're responsible for any taxes or duties that apply to your order.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the United States from a domestic warehouse, and most in-stock orders go out the same or next business day. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees — once a package is handed to the carrier, transit time and any customs handling are outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession. If a shipment arrives damaged, see the next section.

Returns & Replacements

Because these are sensitive research materials, we can't accept returns of opened or reconstituted product. What we will do:

• Replace any item that arrives damaged or incorrect, when reported within 7 days of delivery with a photo.
• Work with you in good faith on anything that clearly went wrong on our end.

We don't offer refunds for change of mind, or for issues caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.

Acceptable Use

When using Meta Vials, you agree not to:

• Buy or use any product for human or animal consumption, or resell it for that purpose;
• Misrepresent who you are or what you intend to do with a compound;
• Make medical or therapeutic claims about our products anywhere;
• Interfere with the site, attempt to breach its security, or scrape it at scale.

Our Content

The Meta Vials name, logo, site design, photography, and written content belong to us and are protected by intellectual-property law. You're welcome to view and share links to our pages, but please don't copy or reuse our materials for your own commercial purposes without permission.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The site and products are provided "as is," without warranties beyond those required by law. To the fullest extent the law allows, Meta Vials isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. Your responsibility for safe, lawful, in-vitro handling is described in our Disclaimer.

Changes & Contact

We may update these terms as the business evolves. The current version always lives here with its date; continuing to use the store after a change means you accept the update. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If you have any questions, please reach out to us.
